Since the leader is on borrowed time after his stroke, it seems like everyone else in North Korea's power structure are jockeying for position. This video makes a good point - the only bargaining chip North Korea has is to rattle its sabre. I just wonder who is making the decisions and if a young up and coming Stalin type will do something crazy in a grab for power.
